lale_2.30-1_i386.deb isimli bir paketi internetten kurdum. Düzgün çalışıyor ama apt ile bişeyler yapmaya çalışınca

uyarısını veriyor. 
yeniden kurmayı denedim aşağıdaki sorun ortaya çıkıyor.

şimdi tek istediğim bu paketi tamamen kaldırmak zaten kullanmıyorum. Ve apt min düzgün çalışmasını istiyorum.
