Hola,
Una app sola si me funcionaba bien, de hecho lo hacia direccionando
desde el index.html de ROOT hacia la app de la siguiente manera:

<head>
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;URL=historial/servle/winicio">
</head>
<body>
</body>
</html>
Pero es una de las opciones que te da tomcat, pero cuando tuve que
agregar la segunda se me complico...
