Te lo esta diciendo el mismo configurador: no encuentra el paquete gaim,
debes ajustar la variable de entorno: PKG_CONFIG_PATH, GAIM_CFLAGS y
GAIM_LIBS.
Ademas, es tan amable que te envia a leer man pkg-config.
PD: no es un error.
