Hola Angel,Jcarlos y Francisco..

Aqui estoy contento por que gracias a USTEDES pude solicionar el problema ...

Este es el error que me tiro cuando le di #squid -d level

Vi que faltaba un archivo,y lo cree como  ERR_CUSTOM_ACCESS_DENIED a este lo 
meti dentro del /usr/share/squid/errors/English/ y salio andando todo joya
