Te dice que necesitas compilar el amsn porque no puede leer la
TkCximage, a mi me marco el mismo error, asi que lo compile. Me faltaba
instalar:

$ sudo apt-get install tcl8.4-dev tk8.4-dev imlib11-dev

(puedes ver que paquetes que te falta instalar por los errores que te va
dando $ ./configure)

configurado

msn$ ./configure
.
.
compile time options summary
============================

    X11          : yes
    IMLIB        : yes
    Using Libng  : yes
    Tcl          : 8.4
    TK           : 8.4

msn$ make
.
.
.

ningun error.

$ ./amsn
:)  y listo, version la 0.95b del 11/07/2004

por cierto, uso Debian Sid.
