| ¿Entiendo entonces que Debian no aparece por tener en sus
repositorios
| la rama non-free? O estoy yendo demasiado lejos.

Yo supongo que, efectivamente, ése es el problema. Debian al fin y
al cabo en sus servidores tiene a disposición de dpkg paquetes que
no son 100% libres en el sentido estricto de la palabra.
Si me equivoco que alguien me corrija por favor.
