Hola a todos Tengo que configurar una webcam Easy Snap (USB) para utilizarla con gnomemeeting. Para ello he compilado el núcleo habilitando las siguientes opciones: Multimedia Devices <*> Video For Linux Video For Linux --- [*] V4L information in proc filesystem USB support <*> Support for USB <*> UHCI Alternative Driver (JE) support <*> OHCI (Compaq, iMacs, OPTi, SiS, ALi, ...) <*> USB OV511 Camera support Los archivos /dev/video* se crearon al instalar xawtv, y me he añadido al grupo video. El problema es que al arrancar gnomemeeting aparece el mensaje: Error while opening vide device /dev/video0, channel 0. A test image will be transmited. Error while opening the device. Nunca he usado ningún programa de videoconferencia, así que también agradecería que me indicasen qué tipo de información añadir en host remote to contact y si debo personalizar alguna otra opción.
