Que tal;
Ahora si ni idea, nunca me había salido ese error, pero buscando en
packages.debian.org encontré el paquete que contiene
gtkhtml-properties..blablal.
¿Qué gtk tienes? 2 o 1.2?
De cualquier forma trata de actualizar (o borrar y reinstalar) el
paquete:
gtkhtml1.1 <-- si tus paquetes los bajas de 'unstable'
gtkhtml <-- si tus paquetes los bajas de estable.
