IRQ routing conflict for 00:10.0, have irq 10, want irq 3

Venho mais uma vez a procura de suas opinioes e sugestoes...
segue seguinte dmesg que esta acontecendo no meo pc...
Bom como nunca analiser uma mensagem como esta, me corrijam de estiver errado ..
Ela me iforma que esta havendo um conflito de IRQ ( IRQ routing conflict for 00:10.0, have irq 10, want irq 3 ) como podemos identificar aki.. que se trata da

" PCI: Found IRQ 3 for device 00:10.2 " e "usb-uhci.c: USB UHCI at I/O 0xd400, IRQ 10".. ou seja esta havendo um conflito da placa PCI com a USB ??

e que depois pra piorar mais um pouco o conflito é gerado pelas seguinte msg "IRQ routing conflict for 00:11.5, have irq 3, want irq 4" ou seja .. o USB ta emcomodando a placa pci do som...???

 

Bom .. colquei o lspci ,lsmod e modules.conf para maiores detalhes

 

Alguem pode me dar alguma luz ..
