  A própria mensagem já fornece as possíveis soluções... leia elas...
como sugerido, tente reproduzir com as opções -framedrop e/ou
-hardframedrop se sua cpu for lenta para isso.

Este segundo problema deve-se ao fato do sistema estar lento...
corrigindo o primeiro problema deverá corrigir o segundo.
