Ich teste auf Unstable derweil mal den Modesetting-Treiber… also ab der ganz
neuen Xorg-Version (in Unstable) ohne jegliche Konfigurationsdatei. Schaut
soweit gut aus. Laut man modesetting verwendet der sogar standardmäßig Glamor
für die Beschleunigung und DRI3.
Allerdings verwendet kwin damit als Compositing-Backend XRender statt OpenGL
3.1:
kwin_core: OpenGL driver recommends XRender based compositing. Falling back to
XRender.
kwin_core: To overwrite the detection use the environment variable
KWIN_COMPOSE
kwin_core: For more information see http://community.kde.org/KWin/
Environment_Variables#KWIN_COMPOSE
kwin_core: Failed to initialize compositing, compositing disabled
Das kläre ich noch, was das soll. Laut glxinfo ist 3D-Beschleunigung
verfügbar.
