Äh, das sehe ich jetzt schon anders. Das einzige halbwegs plausible
Szenario, das mir dazu einfällt wäre zumindest stark Darwin-Award
verdächtig. Es scheint sich hier doch eher um ein "konstruiertes"
Totschlagargument, welches direkt von Frau von der Leyen stammen könnte,
zu handeln (á la "Vorratsdatenspeixcherung rettet Leben!").
