Machine Check Exception / Cannot allocate resource ...
Hallo,
ich habe hier ein Motherboard MSI 785G-E53 mit AMD Phenom II X2 550
und 2 RAM-Riegeln zu je 2 GB. Auf der Platte habe ich mit dem
Net-Installer 504-i386 Debian installiert. Danach erhalte ich beim
booten:

Dann steht der Rechner.
Wenn ich mit der Option 'acpi=off' boote, erhalte ich statt dessen:
PCI: Cannot allocate resource region 7 of bridge 0000:00:06.0
PCI: Cannot allocate resource region 8 of bridge 0000:00:06.0
PCI: Cannot allocate resource region 9 of bridge 0000:00:06.0
Und wieder steht der Rechner.
Wenn ich zusätzlich im BIOS einstelle:
IOAPIC Function: disabled
ACPI Function: disabled
erhalte ich vorher noch die Meldung:
ACPI: Unable to load the System Description Tables
Der Net-Installer (Kernel 2.6.26-2-486) sagt zwar auch

bootet aber dann weiter.
'lspci -v' mit dem Net-Installer sagt:

Alle PCI(e)-Slots sind leer. Memtest86 3.3 ist vorher fehlerlos
durchgelaufen.
Eine Live-CD mit Ubuntu 9.10. schaltet nach dem Start und einem
Druck auf ENTER in den Textmodus, zeigt einen leeren Bildschirm und
der Rechner steht ebenfalls.
Knoppix 5.01 mit Kernel 2.6.17 bootet normal.
Was muß ich tun, damit der Rechner den Debian-Kernel 2.6.26-2-686
und Ubuntu bootet?
