Sieht aus als wäre 127.0.0.1 als smarthost eingetragen, und local
delivery kaputt.

Wie sieht dein DNS Setup aus?
$ hostname -f
$ ping -c4 squeeze
$ host squeeze

$ cat /etc/exim4/update-exim4.conf.conf
