Fernsehbild auf Konsole umleiten

Ich möchte mein Fernsehbild (VDR) über die Konsole ausgeben.
Entsprechende Einstellungen habe ich in der "inittab" s. unten vorgenommen.
Das Problem ist, das mein lenny-System nicht auf den Terminal 9 umschaltet.
Statt dessen wird das Bild wird auf dem ersten Terminal dagestellt und im Hintergrund sind die Meldungen des Systemstarts zu sehen, was meiner Chefin (der besseren Hälfte) nur zu 20% gefällt.
Hab ihr eine Tipp für mich.
