neue HD überprüfen

Hallo,

Ihr helft mir ja schon im anderen thread, wo ich meine bisherigen 2 HDs
gegen eine neue tauschen will.

Ich habe als erstes vorhin ein

f@raven:~$ sudo smartctl -t short /dev/hdb

ausgeführt. Ergebnis:

Die Tests werden also nicht beendet.

Der Sektor 790784 scheint also nicht i.O. zu sein.

Was tun? Wie kann ich die HD unter linux überprüfen (I/O-Tests)?
