Re: Systemhänger bei Liquidwar



Hallo Harald,

Vielleicht liegt es am Sound?  Probiere es einmal ohne.

...werde ich auch gleich nochmal testen. An Sound hatte ich noch nicht gedacht.

Das Programm hat ziemlich viele Optionen, vielleicht findest du heraus,
welche Option den Crash verhindert? Es sieht ganz nach einem
Kernel-Oops bzw. einer Kernel-Panic aus...

Ich habe jetzt den Kernel aus den Backports installiert (2.6.22-3-686) und damit scheint es stabiler zu sein. Werde es jetzt mal mehrere Stunden laufen lassen. Zum Glück kann liquidwars mit mehreren KI Gegnern alleine spielen :).

Oder hast du die nvidia-treiber/libs installiert? Ich hatte mit den
nvidia-treiber in Etch auch schon ähnliche Probleme gehabt. Jedoch
spricht die Verwendung von vesa gegen diese Theorie.

Ich verwende openchrome, (via epia Motherboard).

Kannst du einmal ein 'dmesg' und 'lspci -v' posten?
