Cannot open mail
Hallo,
auf meinem Etch-System funktioniert das Versenden von
Mails über SMTP nicht mehr. In /var/log/syslog bekomme
ich jedes Mal die Meldung:
Oct 11 11:34:05 host sSMTP[18157]: Unable to connect to "mail" port 25.
Oct 11 11:34:06 host sSMTP[18157]: Cannot open mail:25
Der Port ist auch wirklich nicht frei (zumindest laut "nmap")
und eine Verbindung mit telnet klappt auch nicht:
# telnet localhost 25
Trying 127.0.0.1...
Trying ::1...
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused
Meine Firewall sollte diesen Port aber auch nicht blocken,
"iptables -L" zeigt für diesen Port keine Regel an.
Hat jemand eine Idee, woran das Problem liegt?
