Naja, da müsste neben PSCAN auch noch ISCAN eingeschaltet sein, damit
das Handy den Computer finden kann. Um zu vermeiden, dass das ISCAN
nach einiger Zeit deaktiviert wird, kannst Du
discovto 0;
in Deine /etc/bluetooth/hcid.conf eintragen (man hcid.conf).
