/etc/network/interfaces-Frage
Guten Morgen,
nach einem gestrigen apt-get upgrade hat der Rechner(Etch) vom
DHCP-Server keine IP-Adresse mehr bekommen. Die /etc/network/interfaces
sieht so aus:
his file describes the network interfaces available on your system
# and how to activate them. For more information, see interfaces(5).
# The loopback network interface
auto lo
iface lo inet loopback
# The primary network interface
allow-hotplug eth0
iface eth0 inet dhcp
Ich habe dann von meiner Sarge-Partition folgende
/etc/network/interfaces kopiert:
Used by ifup(8) and ifdown(8). See the interfaces(5) manpage or
# /usr/share/doc/ifupdown/examples for more information.
iface lo inet loopback
address 127.0.0.1
netmask 255.0.0.0
broadcast 127.255.255.255
network 127.0.0.0
auto lo
iface eth0 inet dhcp
name Ethernet LAN-Karte
auto eth0
neu gebootet und es funzt wieder.
Frage: Was ist schief gelaufen? An welcher Zeile der ursprüngliche Datei
liegt das Problem? Hotplug vielleicht? Was hat sich mit dem update geändert?
LG
Gerhard
