firefox will nicht mehr ???

Hallo Liste
ich habe ein kleines, eher großes Problem.
Seit ich gestern mein System upgegradet habe, bekomme ich beim starten
von firefox nur noch: "Speicherzugriffsfehler"
Wenn ich mozilla starte, bekomme ich: 
"$mozilla
grep: error while loading shared libraries: libc.so.6: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory
sed: error while loading shared libraries: libc.so.6: cannot open shared
object file: No such file or directory
cut: error while loading shared libraries: libc.so.6: cannot open shared
object file: No such file or directory "
Hat jemand da ne Idee?
Neuinstallation von Firefox hat auch nichts gebracht.
Kann es daran liegen, dass auch glibc im Rahmen des upgrades erneuert
wurde?
btw. habe ein testing mit unstable Packen am laufen.
Firefox ist aus unstable (sprich 1.5)
