hatte dasselbe Problem und habe ein Bug eingereicht, allerdings gegen
das ODBC Modul, weil ich dachte, es liegt daran.
(sehr) prompte Antwort vom Module Manager :
"I can confirm this bug here using openoffice.org 1.1.0+cvs20040317-1
and
the 3.51 myodbc package.
This appears to be a bug known to OOo upstream, though I haven't seen
any mention of it on myodbc-related mailing lists.

for a macro-based workaround that will let you make the ODBC data source
writable from OOo in spite of this bug in myodbc's table permission
