hallo, Gerd,

sorry - ich hatte zwischendurch Apache2 kompiliert, weil es mit den 
apt-get Apaches nicht funktionierte.
Ich kann

- apt-get remove / install apache ausführen, die danach vorhandene 
/etc/apache/httpd.conf bearbeiten, es kommt keine Ausführung von 
PHP-seiten zustande.

very strange.


ich werd jetzt nochmal

- updatedb ausführen

- apt-get remove apache, php, squirrelmail

- server restart

- apt-get install apache, squirrelmail, php4.

und dann schaun wir mal.
