Das macht wohl der Kernel wenn du tmpfs Support aktivierst. Ich denke
auch nicht unbedingt dass es sinnvoll ist /tmp in den Speicher zu
legen, was passiert wenn ein Programm mal mehr als 250MB in /tmp
braucht? Beim Brennen passiert das schnell mal. Oder wenn mehrere
Programme dort Daten ablegen?

IIRC benutzen das Programme um Speicher zu teilen.
