Ist das wirklich die Ausgabe? Dann ist das der falsche User, das Verz.
apt-proxy sollte auch apt-proxy gehoeren, sonst wird das nuescht.

Also wenn ich mich richtig erinnere gabs bei mir immer Probleme wenn
ich nur die rsync URL's benutzt habe. Pack mal eine normale ftp-URL
vor die 2 rsync Zeilen.
