'lame' gleich 'toolame'?

mit dem paket cdrtools aus woody kommt auch das shellscript
'/usr/bin/cdda2mp3'

Das benötigt 'lame'.
Was mich jetzt interessiert: ist 'toolame' in etwa das gleiche wie
'lame'? Zumindest, was die aufrufparameter und das Ergebnis angeht?
Kann ich einfach toolame installieren, und die Sache flutscht?
Oder womit wandelt Ihr Audiocds in mp3 um? Ein Kommendozeilen tool
wäre mir am liebsten, gui ist aber auh okay. Eins, das auch gleich
Free-cddb anfragen macht, und den Namen als mp3 Tag in die Dateien
aufnimmt.
