1. Du startest fetchmail als root.
2. /root/.procmailrc ist sinnlos da exim4 nicht als root zustellt.

Aus deiner Beschreibung geht auch nicht klar hervor ob du ein
Sammelpostfach hast, das du in einzelne Benutzer aufspalten musst oder
nicht. Wie sieht dein fetchmailrc aus?
