KDE seit Wochen nicht mehr installierbar

Hallo Mailingliste,

seit einigen Wochen versuche ich auf meinem Debian-Testing-System KDE per

apt-get install -f kde

zu installieren. Leider scheitere ich immer an folgender Fehlermeldung:

Reading Package Lists...
Building Dependency Tree...
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.

Since you only requested a single operation it is extremely likely that
the package is simply not installable and a bug report against
that package should be filed.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  kde: Depends: kdelibs3 but it is not installable
       Depends: libarts or
                libarts-alsa but it is not installable or
                libarts-bin but it is not installable
       Depends: libkmid or
                libkmid-alsa but it is not installable or
                libkmid-bin but it is not installable
       Depends: kdebase but it is not going to be installed or
                kdebase3 but it is not installable
       Depends: kdebase-audiolibs but it is not installable or
                kdebase3-audiolibs but it is not installable
       Depends: kdebase-libs but it is not installable or
                kdebase3-libs but it is not installable
       Depends: kdebase-doc but it is not installable or
                kdebase3-doc but it is not installable
       Depends: kscreensaver but it is not installable or
                kscreensaver3 but it is not installable
       Depends: kdewallpapers but it is not installable or
                kdewallpapers3 but it is not installable
       Depends: kab but it is not installable
       Depends: karm but it is not installable
       Depends: knotes but it is not installable
       Depends: kpm but it is not installable
       Depends: kfract but it is not installable

Mache ich hier was falsch oder geht es einfach nicht?

Danke!

Gerhard

P. S. Ich arbeite mit apt-proxy

Dies ist die apt-proxy.conf auf dem Server:

# Configuration for apt-proxy

# Change this path if you do not want to keep your cache under var
APT_PROXY_CACHE=/var/cache/apt-proxy

### Rsync Backends
# Three or more fields each:
# 1) URL prefix
# 2) Dir to put files in (remember the trailing /!)
# 3...) rsync backends to replace it with (remember the trailing /!)

# You can specify multiple backends like this:
#add_backend /main/					\
#	$APT_PROXY_CACHE/debian/			\
#	SERVERONE::debian/				\
#	SERVERTWO::debian/				\
#	SERVERTHREE::debian/

# HINT: Any request matching none of these is not served, making
# partial caching easy.
