Recommendation:
Customers should install the patch at the earliest opportunity.

Run attached file. Click Yes on displayed dialog box.

Genau sowas hab ich auch mal zugesandt gekriegt.

Daraufhin hab ich das mal durch ClamAV laufen lassen, und das hat meine Annahme gestätigt:
