Kompilieren von xfe

Hallo Leute,

wollte soeben mal xfe ausprobieren.

siehe http://sourceforge.net/projects/xfe

Mein Prob:
./configure bleibt stehen mit
checking for fxfindfox in -lFOX... no
configure: error: "libFOX not found"

config.log
/tmp/ccmeK3Uj.o(.text+0x7): In function `main':
/home/profbunny/source/xfe-0.54.1/configure:6628: undefined reference to `fxfindfox'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status


also libfox0.99-dev und libfox0.99 installiert.


profbunny@sysiphus:~/source$ ls /usr/lib/libFOX
libFOX-0.99.so.175      libFOX-0.99.so.175.0.0  libFOX.a                libFOX.la               libFOX.so


vorhanden sind die lib's.

Kann mir vielleicht jemannd weiterhelfen?
