libpgtcl - pgaccess

Da folgendes für meine testing zutrifft:

But !!!
On Debian systems, before release 7.2.3-1 of libpgtcl, there is an
error: the /usr/lib/libpgtcl.so symlink is initially broken. It points to
../postgresql/lib/libpgtcl.so, instead of ./postgresql/lib/libpgtcl.so
(notice the starting point/s).

This bug is already reported to the Debian developers, and is fixed in version 7.2.3-1 of the libpgtcl package, in the unstable distribution.

möchte ich folgendes fragen (Debian newbie!):

wie kann ich die libpgtcl aus unstable auf meinem (testing) - System insatllieren ohne daß es zu Konflikten kommt?
