Wenn schon mounten, dann auch den richtigen Typ angeben. ;-) 
| mount -t cdfs -o ro /dev/cdrom /mnt/cdfs

$ apt-cache search cdfs
cdfs-src - shows the tracks on a CD as normal files
vcdtools - Creates Video CD (VCD) filesystem images
cdfs-2.4.18 - shows the tracks on a CD as normal files
