Das sagt dir dass udma5 bereits aktiviert ist. Ich habe genau die gleiche
Platte (wegen meinem alten Motherboard aber nur mit udma2 betrieben).

Ich bekomme mit der gleichen Platte (wie gesagt nur unter udma2) etwa 18
MB/s. Wobei beim "hdparm -t"-Aufruf das gesamte System idle sein sollte,
wenn z.B. XMMS gleichzeitig auf die gleiche Platte zugreift bricht der
Wert bei mir auf < 5 MB/s ein.
