Ohne die Preferences-Datei installiert sich bei mir ein packet
folgendermaßen:

Danach gehe ich davon aus, dass ich testing woody verwende. 472
not upgraded deutet wohl daraufhin, dass ich vorher unstable woody
verwendete und jetzt auf testing ugegradet werden soll, was beim
Einsatz von aptitude wohl auch passieren würde?
Wenn ich die 'testing' -Einträge mit einem hash # auskommentiere,
also unwirksam mache bekomme ich:
debian:/home/gerhard# apt-get install gpm

Dann werden also die 'unstable' von der woody cd genommen.
Die woody cd's kommen von liniso.de Debian GNU/Linux 3.0pre _Woody_
Arghh.. in /cdrom/README.txt steht am Ende:

sh.. ich war fest davon überzeugt eine aktuelle aus 2002 bestellt
zu haben... :-(
Stimmst Du mit mir überein, dass ich unstable/woody installiert
habe, da damals die Terminologie/Nomenklatur noch nicht davon
ausging das 'sid' immer unstable ist? (War glaube ich
experimentell).
Kann ich dann auf testing/woody upgraden und dann Deinen Vorschlag
fehlerlos durchführen?
Was ist wenn woody stable wird?
Muß ich dann wiederum auf stable/woody updaten? (sieht ja eher nach
downgrade aus).
Kannst Du eventuell speziell zu diesem Thema einen guten Link
empfehlen?
