jedoch die Fehlermeldung "dev/FIFO: open: no such file or directory".
Warn-Meldungen:
setup program for HylaFAX (tm) 4.1beta2.
--snipp -
Warning: /usr/lib/ghostscript/common does not exist or is not a
directory!
The directory /usr/lib/ghostscript/common does not exist or this file is
not a directory.
This is the directory where the HylaFAX client applications expect to
locate font metric information to use in formatting ASCII text for
submission as facsimile. Without this information HylaFAX may generate
illegible facsimile from ASCII text.
-> Das Debian-Paket gs - The Ghostscript Postscript interpreter ist
jedoch in der Version 6.51-7 installiert.
Warning: /usr/lib/ghostscript/5.10 does not exist or is not a directory!

Warning: /usr/lib/ghostscript/fonts does not exist or is not a

Warning: Font metric information files were not found!
If font metric information is present on your system in a directory
other
than
/usr/lib/ghostscript/common:/usr/lib/ghostscript/5.10:/usr/lib/ghostscript/5.10/kanji:/usr/lib/ghostscript/fonts:/usr/local/lib/ghostscript/common:/usr/local/lib/ghostscript/5.10:/usr/local/lib/ghostscript/fonts
then you can setup a symbolic link to the appropriate
directory or you can specify the appropriate pathname in the
configuration
file /etc/hylafax/hyla.conf with a line of the form:
FontPath: someplace_unexpected
If you do not have the font metric information files loaded on your
system
system you can obtain them by public FTP from the place where you
obtained
the HylaFAX software or from the master FTP site at ftp.sgi.com.
Modem support functions written to /var/spool/fax/etc/setup.modem.
Configuration parameters written to /var/spool/fax/etc/setup.cache.
Done verifying system setup.
> das patchen mit mit capi4hylafax schlug fehlt.
-> Gem. /usr/share/doc/capi4hylafax/README.Debian habe ich folgende
Schritte veranlaßt:
a) capi4hylafaxconfig starten + Pfad auf /etc/hylafax/config.faxCAPI
setzen + MSNS setzen
HylaFAX daemons: faxq hfaxd. Ein ps -A | grep faxq hfaxd sagt mir aber,
daß der faxq nicht läuft. Das /var/log/hylafax ist leer. Wird hier
irgenwo was geloggt?
> kernelcapi ist im kernel schon kompiliert? (capi4linux)
Kernelcapi wurde als Modul geladen. Ein lsmod | kernelcapi sagt mir
kernelcapi 29024 6 [capi capidrv b1isa]
capiutil 22272 0 [capidrv kernelcapi]
