Les versions 3.16 sont dans les wheezy-backports et chez jessie :

Tu peux ajouter ces lignes dans le fichier "/etc/apt/sources.list" :

deb ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/ wheezy-backports main contrib non-free
deb ftp://ftp.fr.debian.org/debian jessie main contrib non-free


Tu peux aussi ajouter l'ensemble des dépôts Wheezy et Jessie :
