Si je comprends bien il y a un conflit d'irq et il faudrait que je boote en
ajoutant l'option irqpoll.

J'ai trouvé ça comme explication sur cette option
(http://www.kernel.org/doc/Documentation/kernel-parameters.txt):

irqpoll		[HW]
			When an interrupt is not handled search all handlers
			for it. Also check all handlers each timer
			interrupt. Intended to get systems with badly broken
			firmware running.

Par contre une fois qu'est-ce que ça me donnera ?
