En installant libqt3-dev rt libqt3-headers le problème reste identique, mais 
par contre en installant qt3-apps-dev il me dit :

So, check this please and use another prefix!
 J'ai regardé dans config.log, les messages d'erreurs sont identiques à ceux 
de la console, mais par contre (le fichier est assez volumineux) les détails 
d'installation y sont dévellopés.
