Re: Faire marcher un modem AC97
salut Jody,
j'ai lu ta doc et le lien donné dedans. Pris d'un doute j'ai
revérifié la compatibilité du daemon sl-modem avec intel8x0m. Il n'y
a pas de pb (théoriquement...). Les infos d'aptitude disent:
"It needs a kernel driver to access the hardware. This can be either
recent ALSA (shipped with a newer kernel (>=2.6.4) with Alsa support
and intel8x0m module) which is sufficient for basic operation and
data/Internet connection, or the SmartLink kernel driver which is
provided by separate packages which you can build using the source from
the sl-modem-source package."
d'ailleurs sl-modem ne me renvoie aucune erreur. Mon pb se situe, je
pense, dans la configuration de ma connection en elle même.
faut-il installer ipppd? ou des choses de ce genre?
que faut-il mettre exactement dans le /etc/network/interface. voici le
mien:
# The loopback interface
auto lo
iface lo inet loopback
auto eth0
iface eth0 inet dhcp
name Carte Ethernet
iface dsl-provider inet static
provider dsl-provider
# please do not modify the following line
pre-up /sbin/ifconfig eth0 up # line maintained by pppoeconf
name Type d'interface inconnu
merci d'avance
