Essaies plutôt :/etc/init.d/apache stop
puis
/etc/init.d/apache start
ensuite fais un telnet localhost https
Autre piste si toujours erreur, dans le fichier de conf. Regardes au Ligne
Listen, NameVirtualHost et ServerName.
Attention au * ou 0.0.0.0:80 ou :443
Quel version d'apache ?
