You need kdelibs4. The package can be found from your prefered mirror:
parker:~# apt-cache policy kdelibs4
kdelibs4:
Installed: (none)
Candidate: 4:3.2.2-1
Version Table:
4:3.2.2-1 0
500 ftp://ftp.fi.debian.org sid/main Packages
Installing it should solve your problem. Give it a try and see if it solves your problem.
