Ich frage das, weil Deine /etc/lilo.conf (oder hast Du diese
Konfigdatei unter einem anderen Namen gespeichert und den /sbin/lilo
ohne Args gerufen?) ganz OK aussieht.
Wenn eines der Files /boot/boot.b , /boot/map oder /vmlinuz auf der
Root-Partition fehlen würde, würde sich der /sbin/lilo bestimmt furchtbar
beschweren, aber bei Dir kommt wohl nur die Meldung über ein bootbares
linux ?!?
Also:
1) starte einfach nochmal linux per Floppy
2) schau' nach, ob Dein root tatsächlich /dev/hda1 ist (z.B. mit df)
2) rufe /sbin/lilo
3) kontrolliere LILO mit /sbin/lilo -q -v
