Das kommt, wenn <10MB auf C:\ frei sind. Natürlich funktioniert eine
Neuinstallation nicht, weil zuwenig Platz auf C:\ frei sind. Das sagt einem
die setup.exe aber erst, nachdem sie die alte Win-Installation _richtig_
kaputtgemacht hat- und nur noch 0MB frei sind (wegen C:\WININST0.400\, dem
temporären "Packaus-Verzeichnis")...
