vielleicht macht Thilo auch folgender Eintrag in die /etc/lilo.conf
glücklich: ;-/
boot=/dev/hda
root=/dev/hdb1 [oder wo bei ihm root hockt]
prompt [so kann hat er seine Dual-Boot
timeout=50 Moeglichkeit nutzen]
[Restliche Booteinträge für die Linuxpartition]
other=/dev/hda1
label=dos
table=/dev/hda
und wenn er die Kernelsourcen installiert und entsprechend
/usr/src/linux/Documentation bei der Vorbereitung auf Dosens'
fat32 von win95 osr2 vorging...
bei mir sah in der /etc/fstab der w95-Kruscht so aus:
/dev/hda1 /mnt/dos vfat defaults 0 2
... dann kann er auch seine Dosen-Partition von Linux aus quälen >;->
