[offtopic] Alternativa a Lotus Notes

Doncs be, un amic em va dir que alla on treballa estan fent una migracio
d'alguns sistemes a Linux, pero que una aplicacio que es fa servir a molts
llocs i que no es migra es el Lotus Notes.

Aixi que vaig jo i li dic que provi amb Evolution, pero el meu dubte ve quan
em pregunta per al suport de gestio d'incidencies per a serveis (que suposo jo
que tb deu estar al lotus notes...)

Sabeu si hi ha algun paquet o conjunt de paquets que permetin fer tot aixo?
