gcc uploads

some new (and some old) stuff:

- gcc (2.95.1-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * debian/gcc.{postinst,prerm}: gcc provides an alternative for
    sparc64-linux-gcc.
  * Applied patch from Ben Collins to enable bi-architecture (32/64)
    support for sparc.
  * Rebuild debian/control and debian/rules.parameters after unpacking.
  * debian/rules2: binary-indep. Conditionalize on with_pascal.

- gcc-snapshot (19990904-1) experimental; urgency=low

  * New snapshot from the GCC mainline. Including ia32 backend rewrite.

- gcc272 and libg++272 are uploaded for i386 (libg++272 still in
  Incoming). Parallel installation of g++272 and g++ is possible.
  I could not compile libg++272 with the newly built gcc272 (built on
  potato), so I had to use a slink system.

- libgcj (2.95.1-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream version libgcj-2.95.1 and cvs updates upto 19990828.
  * libgcj0-dev now depends on zlib1g-dev.
