No, the debs which came out of my cowbuilder only have around 19-15k,
that is definitely not good. latex-cjk-chinese-arphic-bkai00mp_1.19
contains only bkaiu/bkaiuvr.afm, bkaiu/bkaiuv.afm, bkaiu/bkaiuv.pfb,
bkaiu/bkaiuvr.pfb, same for tfm .

That seems bad ...
