That's an idea. Perhaps I should annotate the debian/rules file with
extra information, so other developers don't have to start from
scratch and gather all the information from the different messages in
the CJK mailing list.
As for the users, I've explained partially the situation in
README.Debian in cjk, but perhaps I could refine it a bit more. Fonts
were never easy in TeX, and certainly not CJK fonts. Or I could add a
README in latex-cjk-chinese-arphic.
