No comment, besides that it sounds reasonable, but a question. Do you
want to upload a new version of tetex-{base,doc,extra} without these
non-free files, which would close #345604 (or at least lower its
severity)? Or do you want to wait till the packages have migrated to
testing? Or is #345604 the reason, why the packages don't migrate to
testing?
