As mentioned in Bug#366505, the source of the *8z.{tfm,vf} and r*.tfm
files seems to be CTAN:macros/cstex/base/cspsfonts.tar.gz. According to
CTAN:macros/cstex/license.eng, license should be GPL. But at least some
of the sources seem to be missing.
